About AB InBev Global Management Trainee Program

The Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) Global Management Trainee program is a 10-month intensive rotational training program that attracts some of the brightest, most passion-driven graduates and nurtures their talent by giving relevant experiences right from the very start of the program. This program will prepare you for a fast-track career at AB InBev. It’s part of the company’s drive to recruit, develop & retain people better than ourselves.

Application Criteria

To be considered for this role, you have to be a recent university student graduate or have No more than 3 years TOTAL of full-time formal working experience by the program start date. (Internship, vac work, short duration contracts, and co-op experiences do not apply Minimum GPA (Gross Point Average) of 60% and above at university By program start completed bachelor’s degree (from a recognized tertiary institution) achieved within requisite timeframe Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country for which application is being submitted Geographical mobility – you will move to different locations during the 10-month training program, and you should be willing to relocate throughout your career (a valid passport is required)

Requirements

• You should be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
• Appointments will be made in line with AB InBev’s employment equity plan (where applicable) and talent requirements
• Legal work authorization (If applicable to you, you must have completed the National Youth Service Program) by the start of the program.
