The Eira Davies scholarship program is a scholarship for female students from developing countries who wish to advance their careers with a master’s degree program in Health and Human science. The scholarship is available at Swansea University and open to students interested in the following fields of study; International Gerontology and Ageing studies, MSC Gerontology and Ageing Studies, Children and young people, Development and Therapeutic Play, Childhood studies, Child Public health, Education for the Health Professions, Health care management, Long term, and chronic condition management, social work, social research methods, public health and health promotion, Research Methods in Psychology, abnormal and clinical psychology, cognitive neuroscience.

  1. Senesh Fellowship

Established in 1990, the Senesh fellowship fund provides two biennial fellowships awarded to women from the developing world for studies in fields of peace and development. Dorothy Senesh was a long-time activist for international peace and justice, Larry Senesh (now deceased), a professor of Economics at the University of Colorado at Boulder, established this Fellowship in memory of his wife.

  1. NWAG Scholarship for Nigerian Women

The Nigerian Women Association of Georgia (NWAG) is a group of accomplished individuals from various professional callings, who have agreed to harness their resources, talents, and efforts with the common objective of improving the lives and well-being of the less privileged in their communities, both in Nigeria and in Georgia.

This group provides undergraduate scholarships to 37 young women in Nigeria annually(1 scholarship per state). The scholarship amount is amount of One Hundred thousand Naira.
